Madonna Reveals Rescheduled Dates for North American Leg of Celebration Tour

Madonna, the legendary pop sensation, has unveiled the new dates for her eagerly awaited Celebration Tour, following its initial postponement due to her recovery from a bacterial infection. The tour, which was initially set to kick off in North America and then proceed to Europe, has now been rearranged to prioritize her overseas performances. The much-anticipated tour is now scheduled to commence in London on October 14, while its debut in the United States will take place on December 13 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

Ticket Information and Cancellations

Tickets for the originally scheduled shows will remain valid for the rescheduled dates, with the exception of five shows—San Francisco, Las Vegas, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Phoenix, and Nashville—which unfortunately had to be canceled. Refunds for these canceled shows will be provided at the point of purchase. Live Nation, Madonna's promoter, conveyed her regrets for any inconvenience and expressed hope for future opportunities in those markets.

Alterations in Ticketing

Madonna's show originally slated for Madison Square Garden on August 27 has been rescheduled. Ticket holders for this show will be given the option to purchase tickets for her December 26 performance at the Barclays Center. In Los Angeles, fans who held tickets for Madonna's previously planned shows at Crypto.com Arena and Kia Forum will receive exclusive access to purchase tickets for her five new shows scheduled for March 2024 at Kia Forum, ahead of the general public.

Recovery Journey and Gratitude

Just weeks before the scheduled kickoff of the Celebration Tour, Madonna's manager announced her hospitalization due to a bacterial infection, necessitating a multiday stay. Her manager, Guy Oseary, shared that she had been admitted to an intensive care unit on June 24 for treatment. Since then, Madonna has used her social media platforms to express gratitude to her family and friends for their unwavering support during her recovery.

In an Instagram post, Madonna shared, "Love from family and friends is the best Medicine. One month out of the hospital and I can reflect. As a Mother you can really get caught up In the needs of your children and the seemingly endless giving……….. But when the chips were down my children really showed up for me. I saw a side to them I had never seen before. It made all the difference."

The post concluded with her thanking "all my angels who protected me and let me Stay to finish doing my work!" This revelation brought reassurance to her fans, as she gradually recuperates and prepares to deliver the electrifying performances she is known for.
